What is included in a street interview video package?
Every package includes edited vertical 9:16 videos, captioned and uncaptioned versions of each, the raw footage to re-cut later, ad-account-ready exports with consistent filenames, one-year paid ad-usage rights for TikTok and Meta, and on-camera releases for any actors used.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. A deposit at signing, balance due before delivery. Full project terms (milestones, usage terms, and any rush surcharge) are confirmed on the kickoff call after you sign off on the scope.

Yes. We write the questions, refine your prompts, and pre-test multiple hook lanes before the shoot. The script stays at the level of questions and beats, not full talent dialogue, so on-camera delivery still reads as native. You approve everything before we shoot a frame.

Can we send you our product?
Yes. Most product-based campaigns ship product to us before the shoot for taste tests, demos, on-camera reactions, or in-frame placement. We confirm the shipping address and timing on the kickoff call so the product is on set the day we film.
Can you create videos without a physical product?
Yes. Apps, SaaS, services, agencies, financial products, and concept-led campaigns all work without anything physical to hand the on-camera subject. We use screen captures, live demos, or pure question-led interviews instead.

Do you provide raw footage?
Yes. Raw footage is included on every package. Your team can re-cut and repurpose the files for almost anything: paid ad variants, organic social, internal use, agency hand-off. The one restriction is AI avatar creation of the on-camera talent, which is not permitted. Paid ad-usage rights run for one year from purchase.
Do you include captions?
Yes. Every video ships both captioned (burned-in, for sound-off viewers) and uncaptioned (so you can add platform-native captions yourself). Both versions are included by default on every project.
Can we get multiple hooks?
Hook variations are available as a paid add-on, not included by default. Each variation is a genuinely distinct opening (different question, different on-screen text, different first-frame visual), so your media buyer has real test material rather than minor variations of the same idea. Pricing scales with the number of hooks and is confirmed in your scope of work.

Yes. Paid TikTok ad-usage rights are included on every package for one year from purchase. Deliverables are exported with TikTok-native specs (vertical 9:16, captioned, hook-first edit) so the files drop straight into the ad account.

Yes. Paid Meta ad-usage rights (Facebook and Instagram, both feed and Reels) are included on every package for one year from purchase.
Can we use the videos for paid ads and organic social?
Yes, both paid and organic usage rights are included for one year from purchase. The format and edits are primarily built for paid ads. The same files can be repurposed for organic social as supporting content, but the production is optimized for the paid feed first.

Do you offer revisions?
The script is produced as written, so there are no free revisions for personal preference or a change of mind. If we make an error against the approved script, we fix it at no charge. Minor grammar and vocabulary adjustments may be made during production. A different script, concept, or talent is a new order.
Where do you film?
We film primarily in New York and Los Angeles, both deep enough markets to cast real strangers, secure real environments, and book licensed locations on short notice. We also accommodate specific events and brand-requested locations case by case (additional travel and permit costs apply).
